1. About PulseDesk

PulseDesk ("we", "us", "our") is operated by AmbitiousLabs. By accessing or using PulseDesk you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PulseDesk is an AI business health dashboard that provides a daily AI Utilization Score, curated AI news, and recommended actions for solo operators and small teams.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use PulseDesk to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • send spam, phishing content, or malware;
  • probe, scrape, or interfere with our systems;
  • resell or redistribute the service without written consent.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the PulseDesk service, its software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

6. AI-generated output

PulseDesk uses third-party AI models to generate scores, insights, and recommendations. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying output before acting on it.

7. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may schedule maintenance or update the service at any time.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.

10. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
