Who we are

AI Pulse Check is operated by Lean Discovery Group LLC ("we", "us"), a Virginia limited liability company. We act as data controller for personal data we process about users of AI Pulse Check.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name, password hash.
• Business profile: information you provide during onboarding (business type, team size, AI tools, goals).
• AI scores & usage: the scores we generate for you and your interactions with the dashboard.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, log data needed to operate and secure the service.
• Support messages: communications you send us.

Why we use it

• Create and operate your account (contract performance).
• Calculate your AI Utilization Score and personalize news (contract performance).
• Secure the service and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• Send service emails and respond to support requests (contract performance).
• Improve the product (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, database, and authentication.
• AI model providers — Google and OpenAI via Lovable AI Gateway, to generate scores and insights. Business context you provide is transmitted to these providers solely to generate your score explanations and recommendations; consult those providers' policies for details of their processing.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting and similar advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and accounting obligations. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or object to processing of your personal data. You can delete your account immediately from Settings without contacting support. To request a copy of your personal data or to exercise any other right, email support@aipulsecheck.io and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
