Lifetime Deal Terms

What “lifetime” means
Lifetime access means access for the operational lifetime of AI Pulse Check, not the lifetime of the purchaser. There is no recurring charge and no renewal.
What's included
Your tier's features and usage limits as described at the time of purchase, plus any improvements we make to AI Pulse Check itself. If we raise a limit for everyone, you get it.
What's not included
Separate products Lean Discovery Group LLC may release in future are not included, even where they share branding or integrate with AI Pulse Check. Lifetime access covers this product.
Usage limits and fair use
Every tier has stated daily and monthly limits, enforced automatically. These exist so the service remains sustainable for everyone. We may adjust limits where usage patterns threaten service stability, and will give at least 30 days' notice before reducing any limit that affects you.
Refunds
Lifetime purchases are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Refunding revokes access. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Transfers
Lifetime access is tied to the account that redeemed or purchased it and cannot be sold or transferred.
Stacking
Where multiple codes or purchases are combined, each additional one advances your tier by one level up to the highest tier available. Refunding one purchase reduces your tier accordingly rather than removing access entirely.
If we discontinue the product
If AI Pulse Check is discontinued, we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide an export of your data. Lifetime purchases are not refundable after 30 days, including on discontinuation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.
